Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role
PRCharter is transforming how PR agencies report on media coverage. We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who can own the full relationship lifecycle with our highest-value clients — from onboarding to expansion. You'll work directly with agency founders, VPs of PR, and communications directors at Fortune 500 companies to ensure they get maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of 30–50 enterprise accounts with combined ARR of $1M+
- Drive net revenue retention above 120% through upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence the roadmap
- Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations to reduce single-point-of-contact risk
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic expansion within each client organization
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption rates
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving net revenue retention above 110%
- Experience selling to marketing, communications, or PR teams
- Strong executive presence — comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Nice to Have
- Background in PR, media monitoring, or marketing technology
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A–C or bootstrapped)
- Familiarity with media analytics or reporting tools
- Existing relationships in the PR agency ecosystem
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $150K–$200K)
- Equity package with early-stage upside
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Annual company retreat + quarterly team meetups
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- $2,000 annual learning & development budget
- Latest MacBook Pro + home office stipend
