About the Role

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own PRCharter's voice across all social channels. You'll craft content that resonates with PR professionals, agency owners, and communications teams — turning our product story into a compelling social narrative that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Create engaging content (posts, carousels, short-form video, threads) that showcases product capabilities and industry insights
  • Build and nurture an engaged community of PR professionals and agency leaders
  • Monitor industry conversations and trending topics to identify real-time content opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Product team to create launch content, feature announcements, and customer spotlights
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion data
  • Manage relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders for co-marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B social media management experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
  • Proven ability to grow social audiences and drive measurable engagement
  • Strong copywriting skills — you can write punchy, on-brand copy that stops the scroll
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Understanding of the PR and communications industry landscape
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable setting KPIs and reporting on performance
  • Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn video)

Nice to Have

  • Background in PR, journalism, or communications
  • Experience building a brand social presence from scratch
  • Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite)
  • Personal social media following in the marketing/PR space
